Application instructions

Applying the Champion Line - LED/UV build-up gel

  1. Push away or remove the cuticle.
  2. Carefully file the nail plate to shape the nail
  3. Remove the dust thoroughly with a nail brush or a dust brush. (Please do not use your fingers)
  4. Now apply a primer. This is also available in our shop.
  5. Apply a thin layer of LED/UV build-up gel to the prepared nail plate. Cure the gel for 30-60 seconds in an LED UV combi lamp or 2-3 minutes in a UV lamp.
  6. After curing, a so-called sweat layer (sticky layer) is created
  7. You can then apply a top coat or quick finish to this layer to achieve a perfect gloss

  8. If you want to apply an LED/UV colour lacquer or a French gel, you should apply this before the top coat and cure it.

Further tips:
If there are unevennesses on the nail or the gel is too thin, you can apply another thin layer of the build-up gel. Then remove the sticky layer with a cleaner and file the fingernail into shape so that no more unevenness is visible on the nail. Please file carefully. It is best to use a buffer so that not too much gel is removed. Then remove the dust and apply a Top Coat or Quick Finish.

If you want to do a nail extension with tips or a stencil, you should first do the extension after point 4 as with nail modelling and continue with point 5

Removal of the Champion Line - LED/UV build-up gel:

File the top layer of the fingernail with a file. Place a cell tablet soaked in Remover on the nail and press for 2-3 minutes. Repeat this if necessary. Then remove the soaked gel layer with a rosewood stick or a file.

Our Nail Polish Remover Wraps Pads are also suitable for removal. This is a foil with a cell in one. The remover only needs to be applied and can then simply be wrapped around the nail. This simplifies the application time.
