Does your shop offer free trial products?No, we do not offer free samples - however, many of our modelling gels are also available in 5ml containers - the perfect size for testing. Free samples always mean that this is reflected in the prices - we try to keep our prices as low as possible. Why not follow us on social media - we also give away our products here at regular intervals.

How can I place an order?Simply place your order via our website. Select the products you want, add them to your shopping basket and follow the checkout process. Don't forget to check your shipping address and payment information before finalising your order.

Can I change my order at a later date?Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes after the order has been finalised. Please check your selection carefully before confirming your order. If you have placed an incomplete/incorrect order, please contact our customer service immediately!

How can I check the status of my order?As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation by e-mail with a tracking link. This allows you to track the current status and expected delivery date of your order. The current order status is displayed in your personal customer area. There you will also find your DHL tracking number for parcel tracking.

How long does the dispatch take?The delivery time depends on your location. In general, shipping within Germany takes between 1 and 3 working days. Please note that these are only guidelines and delays may occur that are beyond our control.

How can I return a product?If you are not satisfied with a product, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. Please send the product back to us with sufficient postage. Enclose a copy of the invoice so that your return can be allocated quickly. We will refund the order value via the original payment method.
